Cookies
Privacy Policy
In brief. The full policy is on the privacy page.
What we keep, and where
We keep the email or phone number you leave for news, your account if you open one and, only with your consent, the count of visits. How long each is kept, and who else handles it, is on the privacy page.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, at any time and without giving a reason. An account is deleted from My Account in one step.
If you think your data has been handled wrongly, you may also complain to the Ministry of Public Security, which oversees personal data protection in Vietnam.
Contact, and changes
For anything about cookies or your data, write to [email protected]. For everything else, write to [email protected].
When what we do changes, this page changes first and the date below with it.
Cookie Policy
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to keep and send back, so the site can recognise the same browser again. Browser storage does the same job without being sent back, and this policy treats the two alike.
What they are for
Necessary. Runs the site: your language, your bag, your sign-in, your cookie choice, and the host's protection against automated traffic. Always on, because the site does not run without them.
Analytics. Counts visits, the pages and garments looked at, and additions to the bag, in Morela's own Cloudflare account, tied to a random number and not to your name.
Marketing. Lets services Morela advertises with recognise you on their sites. None is active today.
What is stored on your device
Everything listed is set by Morela, or by Cloudflare, the site's host. No advertising or analytics service runs here today, and none receives anything: no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no TikTok Pixel. Any service added later is listed here first, and runs only after you say yes to its kind.
| Name | Set by | What it does | Kind | How long | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| morela_consent | Morela | Keeps your cookie choice, so you are not asked on every page. | necessary | 180 days | no |
| __Host-morela_session | Morela | Keeps you signed in, when you sign in. | necessary | 30 days | no |
| morela_id | Morela | A random number that tells one visit from another in the count. Set only when you have said yes to analytics. | analytics | 365 days | yes |
| morela.lang | Morela | The language you read in. | necessary | until you clear the site's data | no |
| morela.i18n.vi | Morela | A copy of the Vietnamese dictionary, so the page does not flash English while it loads. | necessary | until you clear the site's data | no |
| morela.bag | Morela | What is in your bag. | necessary | until you clear the site's data | no |
| morela.fed | Morela | That you have fed the horse, so the front page opens directly. | necessary | until you clear the site's data | no |
| __cf_bm cf_clearance |
Cloudflare | May be set by Cloudflare to protect the site from automated traffic. | necessary | 30 minutes for __cf_bm; cf_clearance for the period Cloudflare sets | no |
morela.lang, morela.i18n.vi, morela.bag and morela.fed are browser storage, not cookies: they stay on your device, and only this site reads them.
Google Consent Mode stays at denied until you choose, and reaches nothing while no Google tag is on the site.
Saying yes, or no
Nothing beyond the necessary is set until you choose. Only necessary allows what the site needs to run and nothing else, and every part of the site still works. Accept all adds analytics and marketing. Settings lets you choose each kind.
Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) requires your consent before anything beyond the necessary is collected, does not count silence as consent, and lets you withdraw it at any time. The GDPR and the ePrivacy rules apply the same way in the European Union, as their counterparts do in the United Kingdom.
Changing your mind
Open Cookie settings, from the button at the foot of this page or the footer of any page, switch a kind on or off, and save.
Switching analytics off deletes morela_id and stops the count at once. What was counted before stays, tied to a number no longer on your device.
Once an advertising service exists, switching marketing off also deletes the cookies it set under this site's name, and reloads the page so it stops.
Your choice lasts 180 days, or until this policy changes, and then you are asked again.
Your browser
Your browser can also block or delete cookies: in Chrome and Firefox under Privacy and security, in Edge under Cookies and site permissions, in Safari under Privacy on a Mac or under Safari in an iPhone's Settings, and in any other browser as its Help explains. Blocking the necessary ones stops the site from working.
The site does not read the Global Privacy Control signal a browser can send. Your choice in the settings is the one that counts.
